John
Olson is the managing member of JBO Enterprises LLC,
the majority shareholder of XtremeBoomers Inc. a California corporation.
Throughout John's career, he successfully founded or participated in numerous
business ventures since graduating as a civil engineer in 1969 from Michigan
Tech University.
Most recently, John served as President and was a member of the Executive Committee of Castle Holdings, LLC, and its subsidiaries. Since its inception in 1995, through 2001, John developed and implemented business plans responsible for the growth of Castle Holding' revenues, which were in excess of $30 million by year 2000. John oversaw all acquisitions of affiliated companies, including Kodak's purchase of 15% of Castle Holdings, LLC, the acquisition of Santa Plus Inc. with Kodak, and ultimately the sale of Castle Holdings, LLC, to a California public company. In addition, John directed investments into companies within high growth industries realizing short to mid-term market value appreciation.
Castle Holdings LLC and its' affiliate companies were
involved in numerous software designs providing the framework of workflow
solutions for the professional digital photography market. Consistently
progressive, they also developed an internet based photo purchase and
fulfillment company that serviced the professional photography industry.
Working together with Kodak, Inc., under an exclusive software license
agreement, Castle Holdings' innovative software solutions, for professional
photographers and photo labs, revolutionized the digital photography industry.

Paul Hindelang has
provided inspiration and change for 100's of companies and 1000's of
individuals over the past 25 years in his workshops, consulting, coaching
and speaking worldwide for business leaders, management teams, and
individual performers.
As founder of and engineering/quality consulting firm, he and his consulting
team developed methods for breakthrough and continual improvement using
assessment, focused planning, leadership development and results measurement
systems. As an author, speaker, executive coach he has provided timely and
motivating assistance to clients in merger/sale of their businesses, job
relocation, business launch, staff leadership issues, profit and
productivity techniques.
He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from Michigan Tech University and a M.S.A. in
Human Resources from Central Michigan University. He is broadly credentialed
in the field of quality improvement, is a senior member of the ASQ, an ISO
9000 senior auditor, APICS certified in production and integrated resource
management, and a certified business manager through APBM. He serves on the
faculty for Leadership Management University, training business owners in
Strategic Development, Planning and Results Achievement. He is a member of
the Coachville community and an active executive coach for business owners
seeking higher levels of accomplishment in their personal and business life
through focus, personal learning and planning.
His interests include World travel, downhill skiing, golf, continuous

Ken
Gordon was born and raised in Springfield Massachusetts. He attended Tech
High and graduated from Marquette University in 1967. Ken engineered a
career in Real Estate to performing site selection and lease negotiations
for regional franchise systems. He founded FranBiz in 1978 and by design it
became a multifaceted franchise development and support company. While on a
quest to find the next greatest franchise opportunity in America, he
discovered, an independent, startup called Mail Boxes Etc USA in Carlsbad
California. Recognizing the potential for franchising, he became an integral
part of the creation and structure of what became Mail Boxes Etc (MBE) and
now called The UPS Store. He counseled and promoted expansion of the
fledgling (one store) California concept with the formation of MBE's first
Area Development agreement. FranBiz opened Florida to what was heralded as
"The Post office Alternative" in December of 1980. A Franchise consulting
division, which offered timely advice on franchise telecommunications,
construction practices, site selection and lease negotiation services soon
followed in 1985. Today FranBiz still owns, operates and supports one of the
worlds largest "MBE" area development agreements with over 225 franchised
units. He is the past president of the Florida Franchise association and has
a variety of potential franchise concepts under consideration. Ken has been
married for 35 years, has two son's, one daughter in law and a grandson just
under a year old. Ken's hobbies are Golf, investing in real estate and
dissecting concepts.
Bill
Steeb Is President and Owner of Heartland Food Products, Inc. Heartland is
the leading supplier of a fresh baked Belgian waffle program to
institutional food service accounts throughout the United States and
internationally (including Avendra, Sodexho, Marriott, Six Continents,
Choice Hotels, Best Western, etc.). Over the past few years, Heartland has
expanded its product offering into other specialty products where they are
recognized as the leader in the industry.
He was previously employed for fourteen years by Hallmark Cards as a Group
Product Manager with responsibility for several product lines with
approximately $100 million in sales.
He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological
University and an M.B.A. from Michigan State University.
His interests include fishing, billiards, personal fitness, dancing, travel,
biking and he is an active volunteer in various charitable organizations.
Brad Pritts - 28 years of professional experience in manufacturing, information systems, and consulting focused on the automotive industry. Served as project/program manager for new part launches, and assisted in program management for launches of three new vehicle and engine programs. Designed and developed internal and supplier quality management systems, including leadership in development of the multiple quality software products.
Steve Koerner - 37 years of technical management and executive assignments in manufacturing and quality for large tier one automotive and recreation vehicle suppliers. Steve was Director of Quality Assurance, responsible for quality systems, lab facilities, material review, and continuous improvement. Steve has extensive experience in automotive requirements at all levels of the supply chain.
Don Ingersoll - 38 years managing projects designed to improve the operations of public sector entities. His projects were often national in scope, and several were international resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in savings and many other unmeasured benefits.
Debbie Boback - 16 years of experience in technical documentation, accounting information systems, database management, and computer systems engineering.
