JBO is continually seeking investment situations that will benefit from the emerging leisure industry growth driven by the baby boomer generation. Current investments and partnerships with real estate developers in Puerto Vallarta represent our initial focus.

Industrial Property
Projects under review are industrial warehouse locations that the current owner would consider a sale/leaseback. We then put together partnerships that purchase the property for all cash thereby decreasing the risk. These type of partnerships usually return 8-10% to the investing partners.
